The ordering process...
Here is what happens when you are ready to order a product using Google Checkout.
- You click the button on the page displaying the guide you want.
- You are taken to a Secure Google Checkout page.
- You submit your Credit Card information on the Secure Google Checkout page.
- Assuming all went well, Google Checkout sends us a notification of your purchase.
- Some time after you order, you will receive an E-Mail message from us. This message will contain a link to download your product and the password for unlocking and using it.
- Note that your credit card will not be charged until we make your order available.
Please note that we are a small operation. The ordering process is not automated and immediate. We must process each order and send you the download instructions and unlock code. We make every effort to process orders as rapidly as possible, but it may take as long as a few hours for you to receive the information.
Additionally, Google Checkout itself may cause a delay as it performs its Credit Card authorization process. Until the transaction has been approved by Google, I am unable to process the order and send the download information.
